You can also use Siri to perform various tasks while being away from your home, you just have to get the Smart Bridge and configure it with your WiFi. Caseta is built on the top of the Apple HomeKit framework.

You can control your lights, shades and temperature of all or specific rooms.
You can setup the device to schedule daily events.
It supports 50 wireless devices such as Serena Shades, Pico Remote Controls, Wireless dimmers, etc.
Because of its seamless integration with Lutron app, it can also adjust third party Wi-Fi thermostats such as Nest and some selected models of Honeywell.
You can setup Geofencing events. You might be wondering what’s Geofencing, don’t worry because I am here to explain. Geofencing helps you define a virtual boundary with the help of GPS technology, then you can create trigger events on the top of that Geofencing, like when you as an owner come within that range, then the lights should automatically turn on.
